Simple Pricing that Ensures Quality Care
I am a fee-for-service provider, which means one set cost for your session. No unpredictable billing, unexplained fees, or varying price each time you visit. Fee-for-service means I am able to provide you the time and treatment YOU need to heal as effectively as possible, without having to take an insurance company’s priorities into account.

Do You Accept Insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. I accept flexible spending account (FSA) and health saving account (HSA) cards, but I do not collect insurance information or bill insurance companies. However, many insurance companies provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
To receive insurance reimbursement:
You pay for your sessions with New Growth Physical Therapy at the time of treatment
I provide you a special receipt for the session called a Superbill
You submit that receipt to your insurance company and receive reimbursement from them
Many insurance companies reimburse an average of 50%-80% of the session cost. Even if they do not offer reimbursement, you can usually apply the session cost to your deductible. I am happy to provide Superbills upon request, however, you are fully responsible for submitting and negotiating reimbursement with your insurance company. I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.
Prior to your first session, it is a good idea to call your insurance company and ask the following questions: 1) Do they reimburse for physical therapy from an out-of-network provider? 2) How much will they reimburse? 3) What do you need to submit to receive reimbursement?
This may seem like a lot of work, but many people find that the extra effort is well worth the benefits of receiving quality one-on-one treatment with a physical therapist without an insurance company dictating the type or amount of treatment they receive.
Sliding Scale
Quality physical therapy care should be accessible to everyone. In an effort to address some of the systemic inequality inherent in our healthcare system, I reserve part of my schedule each week for sliding scale appointments to serve those who cannot afford a full cost session and whose insurance does not offer out-of-network reimbursement. This sliding scale option is targeted to those who are suffering financial hardship, come from or are currently in a low-socioeconomic situation, or are members of marginalized communities.
Please fill out this contact form or call me if you are interesting in sliding scale treatment sessions.
